Cancellation policy:
At reservation time $50 of the total will be charged from your account as an un-refundable deposit.
In case of cancelling your reservation 14 days or less before arrival, 25% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of cancelling your reservation 5 days or less before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of not arriving at date of reservation, the whole amount will be charged.

Peak Season:
$50 of the total will be charged from your account at reservation time as an un-refundable deposit.
In case of cancelling your reservation 30 till 7 days before arrival - 25% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of canceling your reservation 7 days or less before arrival - the whole amount will be charged.
